This great New Orleans cocktail takes its name from the French Quarter.There are a lot of different ingredients in this one, but the effort of gathering them is well worth it.
Here's the recipe I make in the episode:
3/4 oz. Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz. Cognac
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 barspoon/tsp Benedictine
1 dash Peychaud's bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
Garnish: lemon twist
